Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and be able to develop visually appealing concepts, layouts, and designs across a variety of platforms. You will be responsible for creating designs that align with our brand, vision, and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create designs for print, digital media, and social platforms. Develop and design graphics for websites, social media posts, newsletters, advertisements, brochures, logos, and other marketing materials. Prepare design drafts, revise them based on feedback, and deliver final designs in various formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, etc.). Ensure all design work aligns with company branding guidelines and marketing strategies. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects. Work with vendors or printing companies to ensure the proper production of design materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of web design principles, including UI/UX design basics. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not required). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team. Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
