Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

A. Digital & Social Media Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, advertisements, stories, banners and campaign assets.
• Adapt creative concepts for different platforms and placements.
• Develop visual assets for product launches, promotions and brand campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with MARKETPLACE's brand guidelines.

B. Marketplace & E-commerce Creatives

• Develop product images, infographics, feature callouts and other marketplace assets.
• Design creatives that communicate product benefits and specifications clearly.
• Coordinate updates to product-detail images, A+ content and other listing assets.
• Support the development of website banners and promotional creatives.

C. Product & Packaging Design

• Support packaging, labels, instruction manuals, product inserts and other printed collateral.
• Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate revisions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of product specifications, brand elements and print-ready files.
• Maintain organised and accessible design source files.

D. Campaigns & Sports Events

• Develop posters, tournament banners, event signage, certificates, merchandise and other branded assets.
• Support campaign concepts and product-launch requirements.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, video editors and external production partners.

E. Creative Operations

• Work from briefs and clarify requirements before beginning design.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet agreed timelines.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Maintain organised asset folders, templates and reusable design files.
• Support basic video editing or motion graphics where skilled.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately 25 years of graphic-design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital creatives, branding, product communication and/or packaging.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work across digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience with consumer, sports, fitness or lifestyle brands is preferred.
