About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our skincare brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that strengthen brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and support marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Design

• Create engaging creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, and website banners.
• Design product launch campaigns, promotional materials, festive creatives, and advertisements.
• Develop branding assets, brochures, flyers, standees, and packaging collaterals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

E-commerce & Marketplace Design

• Design Amazon A+ content, product listing images, storefront banners, and enhanced brand content.
• Create marketplace creatives for online platforms.
• Optimize product visuals to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Product Packaging & Label Design

• Design product packaging, labels, cartons, inserts, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with product development and regulatory teams to ensure packaging compliance.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files for production.

Creative Content Development

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign ideas and visual storytelling.
• Edit images and create creative layouts for skincare products.
• Design emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and website promotional assets.

Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred)

• Create basic video edits, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media campaigns.
• Develop short-form content to enhance brand engagement.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Knowledge of packaging design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in e-commerce creative design for Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of social media content design trends.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, social media, and e-commerce creatives.
