Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for the hotel’s marketing, branding, social media, promotional campaigns, and events. The role includes developing creative content that strengthens the hotel’s brand identity, promotes its rooms, restaurant, banquet, lawn, and other facilities, and supports business growth through effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, menus, posters, and promotional materials.
• Create marketing creatives for hotel rooms, Sahtoot Restaurant, banquet events, Hampton Courtyard Lawn, and special offers.
• Develop designs for festivals, celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and hotel promotions.
• Create digital content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other marketing platforms.
• Ensure consistency in the hotel’s branding, colours, logo, fonts, and visual identity.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Edit photographs and videos, create short promotional reels, and support digital marketing activities where required.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors for promotional materials.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative marketing techniques.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, photographs, templates, and marketing assets.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, visual communication, typography, and layout design skills.
• Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing requirements.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital marketing creatives is required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, or the food and beverage industry will be an advantage.

Working Coordination

Work closely with Sales & Marketing, F&B, Front Office, Banquets, and management to create relevant promotional materials and support the hotel’s marketing objectives.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
