Visual Merchandising / Brand Design

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser Designer to bring our jewellery brand to life across stores, festivals and exhibitions. You will design and execute displays and campaigns that draw footfall, showcase our collections and drive sales, while keeping the brand look consistent in every space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collection Decor & Display Execution

• Plan and execute collection decor, spatial elements, window displays and seasonal campaigns.
• Design product layouts, props and display fixtures that suit each collection and its price point.
• Make sure every display is on-brand, well lit and secure.

Brand Storytelling

• Translate brand guidelines into visual concepts for stores, regional festivals and exhibitions.
• Create mood boards, concept sketches, 2D layouts and technical drawings for approval.
• Adapt concepts to regional festivals and occasions while staying true to the brand.

Analytics & Market Insight

• Track how well displays perform, using footfall, enquiries and sales conversion.
• Plan display refresh cycles so stores stay fresh and current.
• Monitor competitor VM trends and industry innovations, and recommend improvements.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Plan and manage budgets for materials, props, fabrication and installation.
• Source and coordinate vendors, fabricators and installers to deliver on time and to quality.
• Control costs without compromising the finish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of visual merchandising or design experience in retail, jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
• Strong sense of colour, aesthetics, composition and space.
• Knowledge of materials used in displays and fixtures, such as acrylic, wood, metal, fabric, glass and lighting.

• Software:

  Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good vendor coordination, budgeting and time-management skills.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Degree or diploma in fashion, interior design, fine arts or a related field.
• Experience with store launches, exhibitions or multi-store rollouts.
