Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to create visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to transform business requirements into effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, performance marketing ads, and landing pages.
• Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, banners, posters, and infographics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.
• Understand project briefs and translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Incorporate feedback and improve designs based on campaign performance and business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Mandatory proficiency in CorelDRAW.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital creatives and social media designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing performance marketing creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display advertising.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing teams.
