Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer Process : Sales (Lead Conversion) Experience: 1 + years Preference Male or female candidate : Both Age: 22 to 40 Key Responsibilities: ● Create visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more. ● Design layouts, graphics, and other visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ● Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging. ● Edit photos, videos, and graphics to create compelling visuals for different media formats. ● Collaborate on the development of promotional campaigns and creative strategies. ● Assist in creating digital assets for email campaigns, web design, and social media channels. ● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. ● Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and techniques. Skills and Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree. ● Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role. ● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant design tools. ● Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous work. ● Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Strong communication and time management skills. Added Advantage: ● Experience with web design or UX/UI design. ● Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
