Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing skills to create high-performing visuals and videos for our paid campaigns, social media, and web. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into content that grabs attention and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Edit and produce video content, including Instagram Reels, short-form videos, Meta video ads, and YouTube ads (Shorts, in-stream, and bumper ads)
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, carousels, and reels covers
• Design web banners, landing page visuals, and display ads
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound to make videos engaging
• Adapt designs and videos across formats, sizes, and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) while keeping brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketers and copywriters, and iterate based on feedback and performance data
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, ad, and video work
• Good sense of typography, layout, color, and storytelling
• Understanding of short-form video trends and what makes ads perform
• Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment

Tools You’ll Use

• Must have: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good to have: Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Figma, Canva
• Familiarity with: Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/YouTube ad specs and sizes, plus AI design and video tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
