We are looking for skilled Civil/Interior Site Engineers to manage technical and on-site aspects of construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely project completion, and maintain quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage site work for construction and interior projects. Supervise and direct site personnel, including contractors and vendors. Ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Monitor daily activities and provide reports to project managers. Conduct quality control checks and inspect completed work. Maintain accounts, documentation, and compliance records. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Desired Candidate Profile: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role. Knowledge of construction/interior methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects. Willingness to work on construction and interior sites. Languages: Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
