Overseeing HR operations across India and Middle East regions, aligning HR strategies with business goals, leading payroll and benefit implementation and programs, leading talent acquisition, and managing employee relations. As we work to stand up our legal entity in India and then in Middle East and our growth initiatives, we need to have an HRBP on the ground to help lead and support payroll implementations, setting up benefits, HR policies and supporting managers and employees and recruiting. Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with regional business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support overall business goals. HR Operations: Key project will include a payroll and benefit program implementation as well as processing payroll. Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs across the region, ensuring consistency and compliance. Adapting policies to suit local norms while aligning with corporate valuesTalent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts within the region, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential employees. Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, address employee issues, and ensure a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian and Middle East (UAE) labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary adjustments.Performance Management: Manage performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and fostering a culture of accountability.Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and motivation within the workforce.
