Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with regional business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support overall business goals. HR Operations: Key project will include a payroll and benefit program implementation as well as processing payroll. Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs across the region, ensuring consistency and compliance. Adapting policies to suit local norms while aligning with corporate valuesTalent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts within the region, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential employees. Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, address employee issues, and ensure a positive work environment.
