Role & responsibilities Project Manager for Civil Construction is responsible for all aspects of team leadership, planning, coordinating, executing and client relations for the project. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in engineering, strong project management skills, and effective leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare project status reports and communicate with stakeholders. Ensure quality control and oversee project deliverables. Skills: - Project planning and site execution, deliver project on time and cost. Strong technical knowledge of construction principles, methods, quality systems and materials. Clarity of building codes, regulations, Health & Safety standards applicable to construction projects. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS project, AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point,Primevera Preferred candidate profile :- Must have in-depth knowledge of hotel construction, including project planning, design coordination, and execution as per hospitality industry standards.
