Company Summary HashQ is an AI-first revenue retention platform built for post-sales and relationship-driven growth. It helps customer success teams identify churn risks and expansion opportunities in real time through proprietary live signal tracking and an intelligent relationship graph. By continuously mapping every customer touchpoint, HashQ reveals the strength, depth, and sentiment of relationships across accounts, empowering teams to act before revenue is at risk and strengthen connections that drive long-term growth. HashQ listens to every call, email, and CRM update, then quietly keeps the pipeline current and hands every rep the context they need before they walk into the next conversation. Nothing slips. Nothing gets forgotten. The best rep just left. Three months of relationship-building, every objection they navigated, and who the real champion was. Gone. The new rep starts cold, asks questions that were already answered twice, and the deal quietly slips away. HashQ builds a living memory of every account. Every call, every email, and every meeting is kept structured and searchable and handed straight to whoever picks the account up next. After every call, HashQ writes the notes, updates the deal fields, logs the next step, and moves the stage forward inside Salesforce or HubSpot. The pipeline finally reflects what actually happened.
