Job Description

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. Transform requirements into technical task specifications. Act as a subject matter expert as it pertains to website architecture and work with cross-functional teams to help resolve issues. Collaborate with various other teams such as Architecture, Quality Assurance and DevOps. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. Follow guidelines for quality delivery, project documentation, code management, etc. Work in Agile based project methodology. Excellent understanding of node.js Knowledge of designing and using backend services. Ability to translate Wireframes and Figma Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS or ReactJS. Knowledge of performance tuning and the fundamental design principles behind building scalable applications. Familiarity with CI/CD using Jenkins and deploying docker containers with orchestration tools like Kubernetes will be a plus. Ability to lead a team of backend developers in-house and at vendor site, strong communication and interpersonal skills Good to have.
