Description
Seeking a MERN Full Stack Engineering Lead to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN stack) , strong architectural knowledge, and experience leading development teams in delivering high-performance applications. Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) . Architect Scalable Solutions: Define architecture, implement best practices, and ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications. Full-Stack Development: Oversee both frontend (React, TypeScript, UI frameworks) and backend (Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, Microservices) development. Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP/Azure , implement CI/CD pipelines , and optimize cloud infrastructure. Code Quality & Reviews: Establish and enforce best coding practices, conduct peer reviews, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Agile & Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, following Agile methodologies . Security & Performance Optimization: Implement security measures (OAuth, JWT, role-based access control) and optimize frontend/backend performance. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct technical sessions, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve application architecture and performance.
