Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to tackle complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve the development process. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.-LLM/GenAI, prompts, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration, Frontend proficiency, TypeScript, state management (Redux/RTK/Zustand), and component testing, DBs, query/rerank strategies, and data governance basics,Kubernetes, Azure AI Studio, AutoGen, Performance/load testing
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Generative AI.

Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
