We are seeking a well-presented and proactive Front Office Supervisor to manage the day-to-day reception and front desk operations at our design house . The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and collaborators, while also ensuring smooth coordination between the front office, design team, and administration. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist clients, guests, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries Oversee the front office setup, aesthetics, and ambiance in line with brand identity Client Coordination: Schedule and confirm client appointments, design consultations, and meetings Liaise with internal teams (designers, merchandisers, marketing) for smooth client flow Maintain client visit logs and ensure high-quality guest experiences Administrative Support: Supervise and support junior reception/front office staff (if any) Maintain records of bookings, client correspondence, and follow-ups Assist with event coordination, sample dispatches, or vendor liaison when needed Show more Show less
