Job Description

Education : The Front Office Executive serves as the face of the organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to create a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities : Reception Management Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Visitor Coordination Maintain a log of visitors and issue visitor passes. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required. Ensure visitors are guided properly and offered assistance as needed. Administrative Support Handle courier services (inward and outward) and maintain related records. Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management. Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment. Customer Service Address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service. Coordination and Communication Act as a liaison between departments for effective communication. Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings. General Office Maintenance Report any maintenance or IT issues to the respective teams. Ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). High school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered. Experience : 0-1 years of experience in a front office or administrative role. Freshers can also apply Preferred Female Candidates Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Personal Traits : Friendly, approachable, and patient. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
