Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Franchise Coordinator at The British Institutes The Franchise Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating franchise operations, facilitating franchise sales, and managing franchise agreements Additionally, tasks include providing support to franchisees, conducting analytical assessments, and maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders Requirements Calling up the Franchisee on a daily basis Understanding their requirements and support them for their needs from Principal Company Maintaining the different MIS and report to the Management Coordinating with third party agencies for smooth operation in Franchisee Department Scheduled Visit to respective centres for support and Audit Should be available to support the Franchisee over Phone and WhatsApp as per their need
