Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for scaling the organizations impact. Conduct secondary research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the non-profit sector. Program Development and Management: Work with the leadership team and key team members on the development of new initiatives aligned with the organizations mission and strategic objectives. Support the implementation and execution of programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact. Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and other non-profit organizations. Explore and establish partnerships that enhance the organizations reach and influence. Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility in line with scaling objectives. Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the organizations growth.
