Overview of the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communications Associate to support our communications and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in content creation, post designing, and writing engaging captions for social media platforms, helping us effectively communicate our impact and mission. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging, audience-driven content, including posts, graphics, and short-form write-ups for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and posting content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Caption Writing: Craft compelling captions that align with Involve s tone and mission, making our stories more relatable and impactful. Basic Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus). Trend Research: Stay updated on digital trends and suggest innovative content ideas to improve engagement. Content writing: Assist in writing newsletters, and other communication materials as needed. Skills required: Understanding of visual design . Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop etc Should be able to record and create high quality video content (skills in tools like InShots and other video editing software) Should have an interest and understanding of social media strategies Willing to collaborate across teams in the organization to best capture the essence of our work Strong time management and planning Commitment to learning People we are looking for We always hire for attitude first, smarts next and then your skills .
