Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring that guests receive a high standard of service and hospitality. You will work closely with team members and management to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner. Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately to tables, counters, or buffet areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas at all times. Set up and clear tables, ensuring the correct layout and cleanliness. Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; report shortages to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards. Assist with preparing simple food and drink items as needed (e.g., making coffee, plating desserts). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Location: Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
