Hi Seema Saviyo Here Currently iam hiring FMCG for the position of Assistant Manager Quality Control : kochi MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED Pls share your updated cv seema.ots@gmail.com Responsible for Quality & Food safety systems & legality of the products produced & dispatched from all WICC facilities. Also, to ensure the quality processes & procedures serve its mission, strategic plan & operational needs of the organization. Principal Accountabilities: • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Ensure adherence to defined quality standards for products, processes and systems and work towards overall quality improvement for the unit within company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ensuring planning & execution of all key Quality Initiatives for the unit along with the operation manager to reduce customer complaints. Monitor & review progress against quality plan. Identifying, deploying, and ensuring potential improvement opportunities for process enhancement. Co-ordinate for periodic quality audits at the plants. Review reports & identify gaps. Responsible for communication of Quality policies and information to all associates in the plant. Responsible for receiving inspections of incoming raw material, packing material, ingredients including oil. Monitor & review RM / PM / FG quality checks at the unit. Oversee root cause analysis and offer suggestions on possible solutions. Responsible for the qualitative analysis of oil and its timely release for production. Ensuring the conformance to specifications of the finished goods as per the standards of the company. Ensuring implementation of GMP and good housekeeping procedures. Accountable for root cause analysis for process deviation. Control & monitor Plant Quality Management Systems at each node of process in plant. To ensure proper management, upkeep & control of Quality lab, lab equipments. Achieving the quality objectives of the organization across all the functions. To maintain effective communication & co-ordination with group, peers, external agencies, managers & senior management officials. Should also act as a reliever in shifts in the absence of quality personnel. Responsible for conducting trainings to food handlers on food safety, hygiene practices etc. at regular intervals also review the performances of quality staffs, identify training needs and plan training sessions accordingly. Responsible for timely reports to reporting & management authority on day-to-day basis Required Skills/Abilities: • • • • • • B.tech (Food)/ B.Sc. (Food Science) qualified with 6-7 years of experience in a food processing industry. Previous experience in production or manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards. Knowledge of data analysis, and statistical methods. Excellent communication and listening skills.
