Job Title: Mechanical Fitter Location: Mandideep Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Production / Maintenance Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assembly & Installation : Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assemble and install mechanical components accurately. Maintenance & Repairs : Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality. Quality Assurance : Inspect and test assembled parts and systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards . Safety Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; ITI certification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a mechanical fitting role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Technical Skills : Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments. Basic understanding of welding and fabrication processes is advantageous. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding environments.
