Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Guwahati, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managerial skills, excellent communication abilities, and the willingness to travel as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the Finance and Accounting operations of the business. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. - Utilize Tally and other accounting software to maintain and reconcile financial records. - Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures. - Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. - Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks. - Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations within the finance department. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations. - Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and market trends. Operational Efficiency: •Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency. •Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of business activities. •Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization. Qualifications: - MBA in Finance preferred. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting. - Proficiency in Tally and strong knowledge of accounting principles. - Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Strong managerial skills with the ability to delegate and execute tasks effectively. - Willingness to travel within India as required. - Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial. - Preference will be given to female candidates Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
