Field Service Engineer- Excavator

Job Description

Service Engineer for Heavy Line machines will be responsible for attending service and breakdown calls for Excavator, Wheel Loader and Compactor machines role requires travelling in field across assigned territory and provide customer services to existing customers of company. Role & Responsibilities: Handling Excavator, Wheel Loader machinery service and breakdown calls. Promptly following up on assigned machinery calls and resolve issues in machinery. In depth knowledge of Earthmover and construction equipment service & maintenance. Communicating with Service managers, Service coordinator and customers regarding machine breakdown. Visit in field and resolve issues in machinery. Analysing problem in machinery and developing solutions to resolve them. Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with in dept knowledge of machinery. Role Requires : Min. ITI / Diploma / B-Tech in Mechanical & Electrical Having 2-5 Years of working experience in earthmover & construction equipment industry Having good exposure in mechanical field Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to details. Ready to do field service and travelling across assigned territory.
