Job Title: Business Development & Field Sales Executive (Education Sector) Experience: 1.5 years to 6 years Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Industry: Education & Training Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development & Field Sales Executive to promote professional training courses offered by LakmeAcademy, MAAC, and Hero Vired . The role involves field visits to colleges and institutes across Bhopal to generate leads, conduct seminars, and drive student enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Visit colleges, institutes, and career fairs across Bhopal to promote our academy courses. Build strong relationships with college placement cells, heads of departments, and student coordinators. Conduct seminars, presentations, and workshops to generate student interest Counsel prospective students and follow up on inquiries for conversion Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback from the field. Maintain and update visit reports and lead data in the CRM. Meet monthly targets for student inquiries and enrollments. Required Skills: Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Confident in presenting to groups of students and faculty members. Self-driven with a passion for education and career development. Ability to travel locally on a daily basis. Qualifications: Graduation in any stream (Marketing, Education, or Business preferred). Minimum 1.5 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or edtech Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹23,415.53 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
