Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. This role demands strong communication skills, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Conduct product demonstrations and handle client queries effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Must own a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.
