Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 1 to 3 years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers to present company products/services and generate leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Conduct market research and stay updated with competitor activities. Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, customer feedback, and sales performance. Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Familiarity with the Bhopal area is a plus.
