Roles and Responsibilities Manage field sales activities to achieve targets for auto parts, lubricants, and automobile sales. Conduct distributor sales visits to promote products and increase market share. Perform field work tasks such as stocking, inventory management, and customer meetings. Execute sales executive activities including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Ensure timely completion of daily reports on sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in field sales or related industry (auto parts & lubricants). Strong knowledge of auto parts, lubricants, and automobile sales principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
