POSITION SUMMARY Manufacturing Process Engineer with knowledge in wire harness process (crimping, wire preparation, soldering, ultrasonic splicing/welding, harness protection) MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Chart (PFC), and Work Instructions (W.I) preparation. Tool & Fixture development for process improvement. Establish manufacturing standards and controls during sample development and production run. Reviewing and understanding process and product requirements for regular production and transfer products. Interface with Manufacturing Engineers of various sites during product transfers. Receiving, understanding and organizing all manufacturing equipment detail during product transfers and NPD. Analysis and identify potential failure and plan corrective actions (Process and Quality improvements) To coordinate with NPI team for sample build and productionisation of new products. Support Project Manager on various assignments. Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time.

Role: Responsible for leading moulds and machine qualification for new projects, signing off new moulds for mass production, preparing key process documents like PFMEA and trial reports, supporting from RFQ to mass production, and driving kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives in injection moulding processes. Skills: Experience in scientific injection moulding validation process, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Hands-on experience with process qualification, PFMEA, and kaizen, Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards, Strong focus on OEE, PPM, cycle time.Role & responsibilities

Engineer Electrical & Electronics:- He is responsible for handling of projects, Maintenance of machines, Retrofitting of machines, preventive maintenance activities, Break down support on machines, Handling of the team of technicians for projects, breakdown, and troubleshooting activities. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Control system design and deployment in new projects Control system maintenance, Break down support. Control system preventive maintenance Software development of PLC systems, High-level language systems, embedded systems. Retrofitting and refurbishment of obsolete machines. Electronic circuit design and development, for suitable applications. Electrical drawing preparation, PCB drawing preparation Cost reduction activities, purchase negotiations. New technology implementations like Data logging, remote access, Testing system development. Vision system integration. Process improvement, cycle time improvement activities KAIZEN event activities. Extremal product and machine transfers from other sites. SUBCON Machine development support, training, installation, trial & debug, modification. Supplier development. Any other responsibilities that management may entrust from time to time. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS. Education B Tech EEE/ECE/EI/Applied Electronics 2+ Years of experience in automation field Skills: PLC (OMRON/ Allen Bradley/ Siemens/Mitsubishi/KEYENCE) & motion controller programming HMI (Proface/Omron/ Allen Bradley) software development. Knowledge HIPOT Testing (multipoint & two point) system development. Maintenance & trouble shooting skills for control systems. Software development knowledge in VB.NET its interface with PLCs. Vision system knowledge Electronic circuit design skills. AUTO CAD Ele drawing & PCB Design knowledge. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Overall monitoring of process quality activities (Including first part approval, In process activities) Inspection Planning & Management Monitoring of inspection records and effectiveness of inspection Monitoring and timely review/ update the process documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, Inspection guidelines) Monitoring of daily rejections and conduct analysis Drive problem solving and implement corrective and preventive actions in shop Conduct PPM reduction activities through CFT/QRQC in Shop Monitoring of final and OBA inspection activities Effective decision making for part acceptance Conduct product & Process audits on shop Conduct analysis for customer complaints ( Through 8D format) Drive effective containment process for internal and external complaints. Monitoring team performance (Skill monitoring) Conduct operator / Inspector trainings to enhance the skill level Support part approval process (for NPD items) Conduct quality planning for NPD items : Fixing Inspection items, Gauges, instruments, Documents Drive overall improvement activities to reduce Quality cost. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Education B.Tech : Mechanical Engineering Experience Min 5 years experience in manufacturing sector (Automotive / Non –Automotive ) Preferred background : Injection molding, Stamping process and Assembly process (connectors/ wiring harness) Experience of handling VMM / CMM & other measuring instruments. Skills Knowledge / Trained in QC tools Knowledge/ Trained in Core tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC) Knowledge in 8D reporting / Problem solving Awareness of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 standards Awareness of IPC WHMA 620 standards Decision making Team building & Communication
