Location: F&B Service Associate​ Location: Amrit Bhawan, Kankhal, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India​ Salary: Commensurate with experience; includes accommodation, meals, and health insurance.​ About Amrit Bhawan: Amrit Bhawan is an 8-room luxury boutique hotel situated by the Ganga in Haridwar. Managed by Ekat Travel & Lodging LLP, the property offers a tranquil retreat with a private ghat and garden, providing bespoke experiences to guests seeking serenity and personalized service. ​Amrit Bhawan (Ekat) Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated F&B Service Associate with experience in branded hotels to join our team of 19 members.​ Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all guests; promptly and professionally take food and beverage orders.​ Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established health and presentation standards.​ Assist with food service, including setting up tables, taking orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.​ Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools; responsible for washing dishes, cutlery, kitchen vessels, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.​ Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.​ Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.​ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.​ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.​ Attentive to guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.​ Hotel Management background preferred with over 2 years of hospitality experience.​ Proficiency in English and comfortable interacting with a diverse clientele.​ Additional Information: Amrit Bhawan is committed to sustainability and staff welfare.
