Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide styling advice to drive sales. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average bill value. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. Actively promote new arrivals, offers, and seasonal collections. 3. Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of all FashionDwar products, fabrics, sizes, and fits. Keep up with fashion trends to confidently recommend suitable styles to customers. 4. Visual Merchandising Ensure attractive product display as per visual merchandising guidelines. Regularly refresh displays to maintain a fresh and trendy look in-store. 5. Inventory Management Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and organization. Monitor stock levels and notify the manager of low or fast-moving items. 6. Billing & POS Handling Operate the billing system (POS) and handle customer transactions accurately. Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and returns/exchanges. 7. Customer Relationship Building Collect and update customer contact information for loyalty programs. Key Responsibilities:Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet the brand’s quality standards in terms of stitching, sizing, embroidery, embellishments, and fabric. Conduct quality checks at various stages of production – pre-production, mid-production, and final inspection. Identify and mark defects or inconsistencies in stitching, fabric patterns, fitting, and finishing. Coordinate with tailors, pattern masters, and production team to fix errors and ensure defect-free output. Maintain quality logs and inspection reports for every batch. Ensure garments adhere to customer specifications, measurement charts, and style details. Recommend process improvements to enhance overall product quality. Monitor packaging quality (tags, folding, labeling, etc.) before dispatch. Key Skills Required:Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design accuracy. Knowledge of different fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques. Ability to read and understand technical sheets and size specs. Time management and ability to inspect bulk production under tight deadlines. Good communication skills to coordinate with the production and design teams. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in quality control in an apparel/fashion company. Diploma in Fashion Technology or Garment Manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
