Job Title : Executive Trainee – Product Development Level/Grade : 7 / HS 1 Function : Blending and Cigarette Design Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Trainee to join our Product Development team. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple facets of product development and blend operations in the tobacco industry. It is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in product and quality operations. Key Responsibilities Project Management Assist in the preparation of weekly project dashboards by coordinating with cross-functional teams Support in compiling project-specific reports and tracking activity timelines Blend Operations Support in annual planning activities and quarterly Bill of Materials (BoM) preparation Assist in managing non-moving grades utilization PD-Sample Management Manage all Product Development (PD) samples including tracking, retrieval, and coordination with relevant stakeholders Product Quality Monitoring Analyze monthly sample data, lab reports, brand summaries, WMS reports, and straight grade information for quality insights Required Skills & Experience Strong willingness to learn about the tobacco crop from cultivation to processing Solid understanding of basic scientific concepts and data interpretation Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Open to relocation across India for short-term assignments Educational Qualifications B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Chemistry, Botany, or other basic sciences Specialization or interest in crop cycles, soil science, etc., is an added advantage Preferred Prior internship or training in the tobacco industry Familiarity with product development processes or agricultural supply chain Skills: blend operations,operations,data interpretation,management,product quality monitoring,product development,tobacco,sample management,ms office,project management,crop,data Show more Show less
