Executive Assistant To Partner

Location: Plot 52, Ecotech-10, Greater Noida

Salary: 25,000 - 37,500 per month

Experience: 3-8 years

Raj Packagings (brand: Rajpet) runs four PET preform manufacturing plants in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, supplying 500+ FMCG, beverage and edible oil brands across India. We are commissioning a new caps & closures plant at Ecotech-10, Greater Noida with FANUC all-electric machines, and are building the founding team for this unit.

This is a ground-floor role in a new plant. You will set up how things work rather than inherit a system.

ABOUT THE ROLE : You will work directly with the partner who runs operations, procurement, finance and business development. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through his calendar, his communication, and every follow-up he is waiting on.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage calendar, meetings, travel and daily priorities
• Draft emails, letters, purchase orders and meeting notes
• Track and follow up on pending items with vendors, banks, government offices and internal teams
• Maintain files, trackers and documents in Google Drive and Excel
• Handle confidential business and financial information

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or executive coordinator
• Strong written English you will draft on behalf of the partner
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets, email and calendar tools
• Highly organised, able to hold many open threads at once
• Discreet with confidential information

GOOD TO HAVE Experience in a manufacturing or family-owned business

PLEASE NOTE This role supports a business owner directly, not a corporate desk with fixed hours. Work can come at short notice.

Salary is indicative. We are open to discussing a higher package for an exceptional candidate.
