Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Gender Preference: Male Company: Zar Metamorphose Combine Pvt. Ltd. (Magic Paints) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations at our Raipur office. The ideal candidate should be efficient, confident, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Work directly under the Managing Director and assist in daily administrative tasks. Line up internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. Align and manage the MD’s work schedule and travel plans. Coordinate with different departments for timely execution of assigned tasks. Prepare reports, drafts, emails, and maintain official records. Handle communication on behalf of the MD. Assist in business research, presentation creation, and other support activities as required. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle pressure and work in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. Location: Raipur Work Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month depending on experience and skills.
