About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director , who is also the Founder of the company . This is not a routine administrative role — it’s a core position within the Founder’s Office , offering you close exposure to how strategic decisions are made and how the business is scaled. If you’re based in Ahmedabad and looking to closely observe how strategic decisions, leadership operations, and business execution take place at the top level — this role offers the perfect learning platform. You’ll coordinate directly with the MD, support critical initiatives, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution from the Founder’s Office. Key Responsibilities Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and priorities efficiently Coordinate travel, logistics, and end-to-end scheduling Draft and proofread reports, emails, and high-stakes communication Liaise with department heads, clients, and partners on the MD’s behalf Track key business updates, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage documentation Support with business reviews, strategic follow-through, and special projects Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for leadership Handle confidential matters and maintain an organized documentation system Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder’s Office Who You Are Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream) 0–3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) High level of discretion and professionalism Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, leadership-adjacent role Why Join the Founder’s Office?
