About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the CEO’s

  calendar, meetings, and daily schedules

• Support in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Help in preparing

  presentations, reports, and meeting notes (MOMs)

• Handle and organize

  emails and basic correspondence

• Assist in

  data collection, research, and documentation

• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Support day-to-day

  operational and coordination activities

• Maintain confidentiality of important business information.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

• Good

  communication skills (written & verbal)

• Basic knowledge of

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong willingness to

  learn and grow

• Good

  organizational and multitasking ability

• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to take

  ownership and responsibility

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
• Candidates looking to

  start their career in corporate roles

• Immediate joiner will be a plus
