Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your expertise in Finance, Inventory, Stores, Sales, and Production processes can drive meaningful change? We’re looking for an ERP Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our growing team at Micropro! If you have 4–8 years of experience in ERP implementation or business analysis—especially in manufacturing/distribution domains —we’d love to connect with you. 🔍 Your Role ✅ Gather and document business requirements for key ERP modules ✅ Perform gap analysis and process mapping ✅ Draft functional specs, user stories, and data flows ✅ Work with development and QA teams for smooth delivery ✅ Support UAT, training, and go-live activities 🎯 What We Value 📌 Proficiency in ERP workflows (Finance, Stores, Sales, Inventory, Production) 📌 Excellent communication and documentation skills 📌 Agile/Scrum experience is a plus 📌 Exposure to MProSuite, SAP B1, Odoo, or Tally Prime is a bonus 📌 PMP/CBAP certification?
