Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan and prepare lessons for secondary classes, ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students. Conduct engaging classroom sessions, using various teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assess program effectiveness, and improve instructional practices. Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on best teaching practices. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience as an English teacher at the secondary level (B.Ed preferred). Strong knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and methodologies. Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required; ability to teach spoken English a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies for teaching purposes (e.g., digital resources). Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with relevant specializations such as English Literature or Linguistics. Good Communication skills & strong subject knowledge. Good Classroom Management & technology proficiency. Soft skills like patience, empathy & Leadership.
