Job Summary: We are looking for a technically sound and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing front-line support to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the successful deployment and operation of Livebox services. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools. Assist clients with installation, configuration, and usage of Livebox software and hardware. Diagnose and resolve issues related to streaming, server setup, encoding, bandwidth, and client-side errors. Handle live streaming session issues in real-time and provide proactive solutions. Document client interactions, problems, and resolutions accurately. Collaborate with the development team to escalate unresolved issues. Guide non-technical users with patience and clarity. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and technical accuracy. Required Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of networks, streaming concepts, Windows/Linux environments. Familiarity with OBS, RTMP, streaming protocols, and basic server troubleshooting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle live issues. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / MCA / Any degree with a strong technical interest.
