Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understanding of process writeup and preparation of PLC logic based on same Programming of Automation Systems (PLC/ DCS) based on SOP Programming of HMI & SCADA based on P&ID Support execution department remotely on programming for PLC, HMI & SCADA and do necessary logic changes as per site requirement Travelling to site for plant trials & resolving programming related issue Co-ordinate 3rd party supplier for development of MIS/ Reports as & when required Support for standardization of programming structure, logics and methods as per process write-up for easier implementation Deal with and make recommendations for external Automation and Programming vendors / integrators Provide inputs in selection Automation during Sales phase and during execution of projects Validation of project executed and provide feedback to project execution and process engineering teams. Keep final backup of all the projects executed for after sales support Good proficiency in using Siemens/ Rockwell PLC programming and SCADA software Knowledge of Servo programming will be added advantage Preferred candidate profile Cost saving achieved by doing internal programming Average time taken for programming Average time taken to close the complaint / call No. of defaults observed in timely capturing MIS data Average time taken to close the request for Automation quote / costing during Sales phase Cost incurred on Programming due to wrong Programming / Automation recommendations Perks and benefits 1) 1st & 3rd Saturday week Off 2) Free Transportation from Vadodara Note : This is a fulltime job on permanent role , kindly refer this job to your connections who are interested to apply for the same.
