Electrical Manager

Job Profile

• Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance operations and coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Utilities, CPP and other departments.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, overhaul and

  shutdown maintenance

  activities.
• Monitor plant power distribution,

  33 kV / 6.6 kV switchyards, CPP/grid supply, PF, MD and energy consumption

  .
• Drive

  RCA, MTBF/MTTR improvement, reliability enhancement and energy-efficiency initiatives

  .
• Manage maintenance planning, manpower, critical spares, contractors and resources for smooth plant operations.
• Ensure proper implementation of

  electrical safety practices, statutory compliance, Permit-to-Work, HIRA and LOTO

  .
• Support

  CAPEX projects, plant modifications, commissioning and continuous improvement

  activities.

Desired Candidate

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

  from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum

  12 years of relevant experience

  in electrical maintenance & instruments within

  integrated cement plants

  .
• Should have proven experience in independently handling

  electrical maintenance teams and shutdown jobs

  .
• Strong hands-on exposure to

  transformers, HT/LT motors, panels, VCBs, ACBs, LRS, protection relays, DG sets and plant electrical systems

  .
• Knowledge of

  Electricity Act, statutory electrical regulations, electrical safety and EnMS requirements

  .
• Working knowledge of

  ERP/CMMS

  for maintenance planning, work orders, equipment history and spares management.
