Minimum Qualification: BE/Diploma - Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation Minimum Experience : 9 to 18 years of experience in similar industry Purpose of Job: Concept Controls Design Preparation of the electrical drawings for the systems as per customers standards Hardware design, Control Panel design, Component Selection of switchgears, relays, arrays and sensors. Calculations of Electrical system Preparation of BOM (bill of Material) Prepare a high-level flow chart per the software architecture Testing of a design system on the shop floor, if required Knowledge of PLCs / CNCs, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. for concept proving. technical requirements & customer's standards. Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinite, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Details.
