Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head located in Hyderabad. The Zonal Head will oversee daily operations, manage regional sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, coordinating with other departments, maintaining customer relationships, preparing regular performance reports ensuring smooth operations across the market in Hyderabad, Warangal, and key logistics corridors of Telengana. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in sales strategy development and implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions Customer relationship management skills Proficiency in preparing and presenting performance reports Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the tire industry is a plus
