Job Title: Amazon Account Manager Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace account management (Amazon preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts and a strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, especially within the Amazon ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace account. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images) for better visibility and conversion. Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and promotions. Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.) to drive traffic and sales. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer reviews to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account health issues or policy violations. Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, design, inventory) to ensure timely updates and alignment. Regularly report on performance metrics and suggest improvement strategies. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts. Proficient in Amazon listing optimization, keyword research, and advertising tools (PPC). Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel, reports, and dashboards. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
