Responsible for Recruitment of Skilled Manpower Compliance of statutory regulations related to contract labour & local regulatory bodies Coordination of legal/ court matters related to labour, obtaining approvals from government bodies etc., Liason & relationship building with Labour & other local government regulatory bodies Grievance handling of contract labour in the capacity of Principal Employer & redressing same through the labour contractors General Administration e.g. Health & Safety, Security, facilities etc. Ensures smoother function of Canteen. Job Location - Hariyala Village, Kheda
