Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress as per design and schedule Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors and client to ensure timely delivery of material and execution Monitor and ensure quality control of on-site work, finishes and installation Interpret interior design drawings and ensure accurate implementation Maintain site safety and cleanliness according to company standards Resolve on-site technical issues and report daily progress Ensure all sub-contractors are working as per design/timeline and standards Prepare weekly reports, on-site activities and progress Conduct site inspection and quality checks during and after work completion Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in interiors site supervision; residential and commercial projects preferred. Diploma/degree in civil engineering, interior design, architecture or related fields Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, measurements and interior fit out procedures Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, layout plans and BOQs Good communication and coordination skills Strong leadership and problem solving abilities Must be punctual, responsible and detail-oriented
