DTP Operator & Graphics Designer

Job Description

Job Purpose: To design and produce high-quality visual and print materials that support the school’s communication, branding, and educational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and format school documents such as newsletters, brochures, posters, certificates, student diaries, and event programs. Create digital and print-ready graphics for school events, social media, and the school website. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop learning aids and promotional materials. Maintain visual consistency in school branding across all platforms.Edit images, create infographics, and manage school photo archives. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printers if required. Provide support during school events (e.g., banners, signage, multimedia presentations) Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Strong attention to detail and creative design skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. 3 years Experience in an educational setting is a plus. Immediate joiners are required Preferred Skills: Basic photography and video editing knowledge. Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
