Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts at our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development) and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and helping grow our agency's client base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other lead generation activities. Present digital marketing services and customized proposals to prospective clients. Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met post-sale. Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and client communications. Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Existing network of clients or businesses in need of digital marketing. Experience in selling to industries such as real estate, e-commerce, education, or healthcare. Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and reporting tools.
