Our team thrives on creativity, analytics, and precision in execution. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Kozhikode . The Performance Marketing Intern will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other paid channels. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with marketing funnels, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and analytics tools to drive measurable growth for client brands. Qualifications Support the creation, monitoring, and optimization of paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Assist in running A/B tests for creative and audience targeting Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for data insights Show more Show less
